Lorelit Terms of Service
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Your agreement with Lorelit
These Terms govern your use of Lorelit's applications, official website, and related services (the "Services"). Your agreement is with Honoululu Inc., incorporated in Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 3524 Silverside RD STE 35B, Wilmington, DE 19810, United States ("Lorelit," "we," "us," or "our").
By accepting these Terms when presented to you, or using the Services after being given notice of them and a reasonable opportunity to review them, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute for any separate permission or privacy consent required by law.
Contact us at [email protected] for questions about the Services, these Terms, or a complaint.
2. Age and account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and satisfy any higher minimum age required by law where you live, to use Lorelit. You must also be legally able to enter this agreement. Parental permission does not make a person under 18 eligible.
The Services are intended for markets outside mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. We do not offer or direct the Services to mainland China. Availability in other countries and regions remains subject to applicable law and platform availability; you may use the Services only where doing so is lawful.
Provide accurate account information and do not misrepresent your age or identity. Protect your sign-in methods, do not sell or transfer your account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; nothing here makes you automatically responsible for unauthorized activity caused by our failure to meet our legal duties.
We may restrict access where required by law or where we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is ineligible, compromised, or being used in breach of these Terms.
3. What Lorelit provides
Lorelit provides AI-assisted fictional experiences, including character conversations, roleplay, interactive stories, character and persona creation, and available image or video features. Some features, models, and content require credits or a subscription. Availability varies by device, version, territory, and service configuration.
AI characters are simulated characters. Their replies are generated, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and do not represent the opinions or promises of Lorelit, a real person, or the character's creator. A generated statement cannot change these Terms, authorize a payment or refund, or create an agreement on our behalf.
The Services are for creative and entertainment use. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional services, and do not provide emergency assistance. Do not rely on generated content for a decision requiring qualified advice. You should review outputs before sharing or otherwise using them.
We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, factually correct, suitable for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, or free of third-party claims. AI may produce content you find unexpected or objectionable. Report problematic content through the available reporting tools or [email protected].
4. Permission to use the Services
Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Services for their intended personal and creative purposes. You must not resell access, bypass feature or usage limits, or commercially redistribute our software, catalog, or other protected service materials without permission.
Lorelit and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, branding, and service materials, except for rights belonging to you or other content owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you. Any use of your own content or generated outputs remains subject to Section 5.
For an application obtained through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the application license unless a valid custom EULA is supplied for that listing. These Terms address the Lorelit service and do not replace applicable Apple purchase terms or mandatory license terms.
5. Your content and generated outputs
Your inputs
"Your Content" means material you submit, upload, create, or choose to publish through the Services, including prompts, messages, character descriptions, personas, reference images, and other creative material. You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it and authorize the processing you request.
You grant Lorelit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, format, and process Your Content only as reasonably needed to provide the features you request, including generation, storage, synchronization, display, and handling support or safety issues. We may authorize our service providers to perform those tasks for us. This license does not grant a general right to advertise with your private conversations or sell your private content.
If you publish content, you additionally authorize us to display and distribute that published content through the corresponding public features, and to let other users interact with it as those features allow. Publication does not transfer ownership. It does not grant other users unrestricted rights to resell your underlying work, and your use of the Services does not grant you unrestricted rights in another creator's work.
The operational license ends when the relevant content is removed from our systems, except for limited continued processing necessary for requested features still in progress, legally required retention, resolving claims, or restricted backups until erased under the Privacy Policy. Copies others previously saved or shared may remain outside our control.
Generated outputs
As between you and Lorelit, to the extent permitted by law and subject to underlying third-party rights, Lorelit assigns to you any rights it may have in AI outputs generated specifically in response to your inputs. This does not assign rights in our software, existing catalog material, another user's content, or third-party material incorporated in an output.
AI outputs may not qualify for intellectual-property protection and may resemble outputs generated for others. We cannot promise exclusivity or that an output is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for evaluating the permissions needed for your intended use, including commercial use.
Lorelit does not use your inputs or generated outputs for AI model training, fine-tuning, or human or automated model-quality evaluation. The operational license in this section does not authorize those uses. Processing necessary to generate a response, resolve a support request, investigate a reported safety issue, or comply with law is described in the Privacy Policy, together with the handling of requests by external AI providers.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- Create, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, including sexualized depictions of minors or persons represented as minors, whether real or fictional.
- Create or share non-consensual intimate content, facilitate sexual violence or exploitation, or misuse a real person's likeness in a way that violates their rights.
- Threaten, stalk, harass, dox, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against people; promote violence against a protected group; or encourage real-world self-harm or violence.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate a person deceptively; or submit private information you have no right to disclose.
- Distribute malware, attack the Services, evade security or moderation controls, abuse refunds or promotions, or manipulate billing and credit records.
- Extract the Services or their content in bulk through unauthorized automated means, or reverse engineer protected technology except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
- Violate applicable law or use the Services for an unlawful purpose.
Fictional framing does not excuse prohibited exploitation, privacy violations, or unlawful conduct. Not every fictional conflict or difficult theme is prohibited, but we may restrict content to meet safety, legal, or platform requirements.
Lorelit may include mature themes, fictional conflict, romance, and non-explicit suggestive content involving adults. You must not use the Services to create or distribute pornography, sexually explicit depictions, or graphic sexual roleplay. Public character cards, profile images, covers, previews, and other published material must also comply with the platform's content restrictions. An 18+ rating does not authorize prohibited sexual content. Attempts to evade these restrictions by changing a character's stated age, using coded language, or bypassing filters are prohibited.
7. Publishing, moderation, and complaints
You choose whether to publish through an available publishing feature. Material submitted for publication may be reviewed and may be rejected, restricted, or removed for violating these Terms, infringing rights, or creating legal or safety risks. Availability in a directory is not our endorsement of its accuracy or lawfulness.
Use the available report or block controls, or contact [email protected]. Provide enough information to identify the content and explain the concern, without sending unnecessary personal information. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the protected work or right, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, and the basis for your authority to report it. We may request any further declarations or information required by the applicable procedure.
We may use proportionate measures such as removing content, limiting a feature, or suspending an account. Where legally required, or otherwise practicable without compromising safety or an investigation, we will explain a material restriction and offer a way to ask for review through [email protected]. Required local notice, appeal, and complaint rights remain available.
8. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Purchase information
The purchase screen and payment confirmation identify the product, price, currency, billing period, benefits, and any applicable taxes or trial conditions. Review them before authorizing payment. Subscription names, feature allowances, prices, and availability can change for future purchases; the terms disclosed for your purchase and mandatory consumer law continue to apply.
A subscription provides the displayed benefits and allowances. It does not mean unlimited generation unless the specific offer expressly says so. We may use different models or generation systems for different features.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed to your Apple account and renew automatically unless canceled under Apple's subscription rules. Renewal charges and any trial conversion follow the purchase disclosures and the applicable store terms. Price changes are subject to the notice and consent requirements of the store and applicable law.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through Apple's subscription-management page. Cancel before the renewal deadline displayed for your subscription; for a free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Canceling renewal generally leaves your paid benefits available until the end of the already-paid period, subject to a refund or revocation. Uninstalling Lorelit, signing out, or deleting your Lorelit account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Monthly allowances and credit packs
Lorelit distinguishes subscription credits from general credits, including separately purchased credit packs. The wallet shows the balances and applicable expiry.
- Subscription credits are issued for the applicable monthly allowance period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that allowance period and do not roll over.
- An annual plan is paid for annually but releases credits in monthly installments anchored to the subscription schedule. It does not issue the entire year's credits upfront. Unused installments from past periods do not accumulate.
- General credits do not have a scheduled expiry under the current credit-pack terms. They remain subject to use, valid refunds or reversals, and account or service closure under these Terms and applicable law.
- Spending uses available subscription credits before general credits. Promotional awards, where offered, follow the conditions disclosed with the promotion.
Credits are a limited right to obtain eligible Lorelit features. They are not money, a bank balance, or an investment; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. A valid reversal or refund can remove the corresponding credits or entitlement.
Generation charges and reversals
The cost of a generation can depend on the selected model, input context, output, or media feature. Where usage-based pricing applies, Lorelit may reserve the displayed maximum credit charge, then settle the request using the applicable pricing and available usage information. Long context and pinned memories may affect usage. A completed generation with missing or incomplete provider usage data may retain the disclosed reservation. Stopping a generation does not necessarily make it free if billable generation has already occurred.
Failed requests are handled under the applicable credit-reversal rules. Reversed subscription credits keep their original allowance period and do not become permanent credits or refill a later period after expiry. A credit reversal is different from a cash refund of an App Store purchase. Contact support about an apparent duplicate charge, undelivered purchase, or incorrect balance.
Refunds and consumer rights
For a purchase billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's refund process. Apple determines eligibility under its rules and applicable law. We can investigate delivery and account issues, but cannot promise Apple's approval or timing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or conformity rights. We do not impose a blanket "all sales are final" rule. Where law permits a withdrawal right to be lost when digital supply begins, any required express consent and acknowledgment must be obtained through the appropriate purchase flow; accepting these Terms alone does not waive that right.
9. Third-party services
Features may depend on AI providers, hosting services, sign-in providers, and payment platforms. Their availability and applicable terms may affect the feature you choose. Our Privacy Policy, including Annex A, explains the generation services, information shared, and provider-processing considerations. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations; using a supplier does not eliminate those duties.
If you leave Lorelit to use a separately operated site or service, its terms and privacy notice apply to that use. We do not control third-party sites merely because a link appears in the Services or in generated content.
10. Ending your use, suspension, and service changes
You may stop using Lorelit at any time. You may request account deletion in Settings → Delete Account in the mobile app or contact [email protected]. The current deletion flow has a 30-day waiting period, and a successful sign-in during that period cancels the pending deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of retained data and local copies. Cancel subscriptions separately through the billing platform.
Account deletion can make saved server content, remaining credits, and account-linked access unavailable. It does not extinguish an applicable refund right, erase a valid payment obligation, or automatically remove content other people already copied. Save any material you wish to keep before deleting the account, using available controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, credible security or abuse concerns, ineligibility, or a legal requirement. Measures should be proportionate to the issue. We will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue where required and where reasonably possible, except when urgent action or law prevents it. You may request review at [email protected].
We may update or discontinue features. For a material adverse change to an ongoing paid service or a closure that prevents use of paid benefits, we will provide the notice and any cancellation, credit, or refund remedy required by applicable law. We will not retroactively charge a different rate for a completed, authorized request. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to confiscate purchased credits without a lawful basis or applicable remedy.
Provisions that need to continue by their nature, including accrued payment obligations, relevant intellectual-property provisions, lawful liability limits, and dispute provisions, survive termination. Content-processing permissions survive only to the extent described in Section 5 and the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and liability
We will provide the Services with the care and skill required by applicable law. Except for express commitments in these Terms and non-excludable legal guarantees, the Services and AI outputs are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent lawful, we exclude implied warranties that the Services will meet every individual expectation or that generated content will always be accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Subject to the protections above, we are responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise the care required by law. We are not responsible for loss attributable solely to your unlawful use of the Services or for losses that applicable law permits us to exclude because they are too remote. We do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap under these Terms. The scope of any recoverable loss remains subject to applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
We encourage you to contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from exercising a statutory remedy, contacting a regulator, or bringing a claim within an applicable time limit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. A dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, including a consumer's local courts where that right applies. These Terms do not require consumers to bring claims exclusively in a foreign court.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class or collective proceedings. Any change to dispute procedures is subject to Section 13 and applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for reasons such as changes in features, pricing structures, security needs, or law. We will show the revised effective date and provide appropriate advance notice of a material change. If applicable law requires affirmative acceptance, we will obtain it. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the affected service and exercise any cancellation or refund rights available to you.
Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes or completed purchases unless the law permits it and the relevant agreement requirements are met.
14. General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent the agreement can lawfully operate. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful business transfer, provided that doing so does not reduce your mandatory rights; we will provide any required notice. You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our permission, except where law permits it.
These Terms, the applicable purchase disclosures, and any feature terms expressly presented to and accepted by you form the agreement for the Services. Mandatory law prevails over inconsistent wording. Any translated version must preserve rights required by local law.
